Just before half term, Upper School had a special puzzle day, which the Social Group kindly funded.
The Happy Puzzle Company came to run their Brain Blaster workshops with each year group. Each of the challenges required teamwork, ambition and perseverance. The girls were split into groups and had to work together to complete multiple puzzles, such as fishing with a blindfold on, building musical marble runs, and spectacular fractions! We learnt that communication with our teammates was key to figuring out every answer. We particularly enjoyed the puzzle where we had to place food on a chequered board using the clues that involved positional language. It may sound relatively easy, but it wasn’t! However, we didn’t give up and by persevering we managed to complete the task!
All of the girls enjoyed themselves and had an excellent time.
