Success in the National Primary Maths Challenge

23.04.2024

In November 2023, the Year 6 girls took part in the Primary Maths Challenge, which involved over 64,000 children across the UK.  The test paper consisted of twenty multiple choice questions and five problem-solving questions.

From the first round results, 4,500 pupils scoring twenty and above were then invited to take part in the Bonus Round in February 2024.  Karman, Astrid, Amberly, Evani, Annabelle, Ava, Annabel and Tove were all successful in reaching the bonus round and we are delighted to have just received the news that two girls achieved a bronze award for scoring between 17 and 19 out of 25 and one girl achieved a Silver award for scoring between 20 and 22.

Well done, girls, for making it to the bonus round and for achieving such a high standard!
