Henley Literary Festival

Last week, girls in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 all took part in the Henley Literary Festival via videolink.  A variety of authors spoke to the children about their books and illustrations and they all made their stories come to life and made us laugh along the way!   Each class has copies of the books which were featured in the Festival and there will no doubt be a bit of a rush to take the books home to enjoy now that they have been so skilfully brought to life by the authors!

It was really lovely to take part in the festival in this way and so good for the girls to have the opportunity to see behind the stories to the people who have created them.
