A gold medal for Miss Hill

Last weekend was another busy one for Sharon Hill, one of our swimming coaches. She competed in the last Aquathon of the season; it involved a very chilly open water swim of 750 metres in the River Arun in West Sussex followed by a 5k run with a fabulous view of Arundel Castle.

Sharon’s efforts very definitely paid off as she came home with the gold medal. A wonderful end to this season’s triathlon and aquathon events!
