A highly successful afternoon of netball

On Wednesday, all of Year 6 travelled to Maltman’s Green for an afternoon of netball.

The girls were all excited and they had a great time playing a total of 4 matches.  It was lovely to see them putting into practice everything they had learnt in their PE lessons and Netball clubs last term and they all worked very well in their teams.

It was a highly successful afternoon with the A Team winning 14 – 0, the B Team 4 – 0, the C Team won 5 – 0 and, finally, the D Team notching up a win of 6 –1.

All the girls enjoyed the game and it was clear that they have made considerable progress since their most recent competitive fixture last term.
