‘A Little Bird Told Me’

For the Reception Christmas Show, the girls performed the story of ‘A Little Bird Told Me’; it tells the story of a little bird, who has some exciting news to share about the birth of a very special King in Bethlehem. The little bird joins a flock of birds who are flying south to visit the baby and on their way they meet some shepherds who have lost their sheep,  an angel and some wise men. While they are travelling, the birds try to think of a special present to give to the baby!

The Reception girls all did a splendid job bringing the story to life; they remembered all of their lines and they sang the songs beautifully. Well done to everyone in Reception for putting on such a wonderful performance.
