A mud coffee shop!

Year 2  girls have been enjoying their visits to Forest School this term. It has been lovely to see the girls demonstrate some of our Core Learning Habits – Resilience, Initiative, Self-Discipline and Curiosity – during their exploration of the natural surroundings. For example, the girls demonstrated curiosity when finding an assortment of creatures in the undergrowth, they used their initiative to build some imaginative dens and showed resilience when the weather proved a little challenging!

The teachers and parent helpers certainly enjoyed the various hot chocolate concoctions made by the girls in their mud coffee shop, not forgetting the added touch of pine cone marshmallows! Everyone is looking forward to more trips to Forest School in the future.
