A resounding victory for our U11 netballers

Our U11 A Netball Team, consisting of girls in Year 5 and Year 6, travelled to Godstowe last week for a netball fixture against the Godstowe Year 7 Team.

The girls were excited at the prospect of playing against older girls. They rose to the occasion and we saw some excellent netball. There were frequent changes of position with some girls trying out new positions and it was impressive to see that the girls weren’t phased at all by the change from attacking players to defensive players and vice versa.

We came away with a resounding victory: 30-15. An excellent result! Well done, girls, for the fine teamwork, attacking and defending.
