A Win for our Year 3 swimmers!

Last Thursday 20th June, our Year 3 swim squad took part in a swimming gala against Godstowe.  Team spirit was strong and we enjoyed warm support from our parent audience.

All the swimmers showcased the progression and hard work they had made during the year, producing some excellent performances. It was also very pleasing to note the maturity of our swimmers, who were ready to respond to instructions and to take on board feedback from coaches. A huge thank you to our Swim Squad Captains, Annabel and Elisa, who came along to help our Year 3 Squad. They were excellent role models for our youngest squad members and their help was much appreciated by teachers and swimmers alike.

Despite Godstowe having a strong squad with some excellent swimmers, we are delighted to announce that we won the gala by 25 points.

Looking at the year ahead, things look very promising! Well done to all our swimmers and thank you to our Swim Captains for their invaluable support on the night.
