Avaani’s amazing walking challenge

Many congratulations to Avaani in Year 6 who has completed an amazing charity walking challenge to raise funds for Cancer Research UK.

During the month of October, Avaani seized every opportunity she could to notch up as many steps as possible to reach her goal of walking 100 miles. Avaani smashed her target, despite some sore feet, walking 106 miles and through donations on her Just Giving page raised £1,196.00. 

An incredible achievement, we are all very proud of you Avaani!
