Dancing to success

Despite the current lockdown, ballet lessons have continued and we are delighted to share with you some exciting news about one of our Year 3 pupils, Mia. She recently auditioned for the Associate programme with Cecchetti Ballet, this is a specialised programme for gifted and talented dancers run by the Cecchetti Society and held at the Rambert Scbool of Ballet. To be accepted into the scheme, applicants have to achieve a Distinction in their ballet exams and pass the audition. Mia was successful with her audition and will begin lessons very soon, initially on line but eventually in person, once the pandemic eases.
