First place in the relays at the Division 10 Gala!

Yesterday, twenty-four girls from Years 4, 5, and 6 went to Haberdashers’ boys swimming pool for another round of a Division 10 swimming gala; on this occasion, we had three boys’ and three girls’ schools taking part. We travelled, prepared to do our best, as always but aware that the competition would be stiff!

After a short warm-up, we started with the Individual Medleys and progressed through the events, winning several first places in all strokes. We had a number of impressive performances from our girls but the real highlights were the medley and freestyle relays where we came in first every time!

It is too early to have the official results but we are very optimistic that we have won this round. Well done to all the girls that took part. Fantastic swimming, everyone!
