Form 1S visit Forest School

It was the first visit of the year to Forest School for Form 1S and the excitement levels were high as they set off for a day away from their usual surroundings.

Once at Forest School, the girls were able to explore the natural world around them, through both guided activities and their own exploration. They were also able to show their imaginative sides, with some of them mixing up lots of mud to make special ‘tree medicine’ to make the trees feel better! They also explored how leaves change colour in the Autumn and even created some beautiful leaf rubbings.

1S learnt a great deal and had a lot of fun – they cannot wait to go back in a couple of weeks’ time.
