Honouring their sacrifice
18.11.2025

Last Tuesday, we observed Remembrance Day with thoughtful reflection on the sacrifice and service of members of our Armed Forces. Following a moving assembly, the entire school paused for a two-minute silence at 11:00.
Our Year 6 pupils represented High March at the community service held at the war memorial by St Mary’s Church in Beaconsfield. Head Girls, Sasha and Phoebe, laid a wreath on behalf of the school, while Drama Prefects, Aurora and Meghan, contributed by reading a poignant poem. The Year 6 girls were impeccable ambassadors, and we were delighted to receive numerous compliments from members of the community about their conduct.
