Learning those essential ‘Bikeability’ skills
23.04.2021
In the Easter holidays, twenty-four girls from Years 3 and 4 braved the wind and rain to complete the Level 1 Bikeability course run by BeSpoke Cycle Training.
The girls learnt how to prepare themselves and their bike for cycling, stopping and starting with control, changing gears and controlling their bike with one hand. They finished the course with a fun cycle around the netball courts learning how to share space with other ‘road’ users.
Well done to all those who took part.
