Marking Wellbeing Week
28.04.2026

Last week we marked Wellbeing Week across both Junior House and Upper School, with a focus on reminding pupils of the importance of caring for their mental health and overall wellbeing. A range of activities was offered throughout the week to encourage relaxation, connection, and calm moments in the school day.
At playtimes, pupils enjoyed bubbles and music in the playground, alongside sensory stations designed to support mindfulness and relaxation. Other popular activities included yoga sessions, making friendship bracelets, rainbow chalk messages, mindfulness colouring and cosy reading corners that provided a peaceful space to unwind.
It was wonderful to see so many pupils returning after the Easter break engaging so positively, looking relaxed, happy and settled back into school life. We hope to carry this calm and positive energy forward and continue supporting the children’s wellbeing throughout the rest of the term.
