National Primary Maths Challenge
In November 2019, the Year 6 girls took part in the Primary Maths Challenge, which involved more than 66,000 children across the UK. The test paper consisted of 20 multiple-choice questions and 5 problem-solving questions.
From the first round results, 2521 children nationally were invited to sit the bonus round paper. Leyla was successful in reaching the bonus round, which took place in February 2020. Although the final paper was tough, she enjoyed the challenge.
We were delighted to receive the news that Leyla achieved a bronze award, for scoring 15/25. Well done to Leyla for making it to the final and for achieving such a high standard.
