Our swimmers dominate the relay events

Last week, we attended the Division 10 Swimming Gala at St Helen’s with eight girls from each year group representing Year 4 to Year 6. All of the girls were extremely keen to swim and gave their best effort in every event.

We achieved many strong placings across all year groups, evidence of the girls’ strong determination and impressive performance throughout the day. The girls demonstrated improved responsibility and reliability, particularly in knowing when it was their turn to swim and organising themselves effectively for relay events. Our swim captains were excellent, taking great care of both themselves and their teammates.

As always, we performed exceptionally well in the relays, achieving either first place or very high placings in every single event. Well done to all the girls — it is lovely to see the progress they are making and we are all very proud of their efforts.
