Plenty of creativity for Book Character Day at Upper School

On Friday 14th June, as part of our celebrations for Book Week, the children dressed up as their favourite book characters. Everyone looked fantastic and we had a huge range of characters from many popular children’s books.

It was wonderful to see all the lovely books our pupils obviously enjoy reading, as their outfits and costumes were so diverse.

This year the Upper School librarians voted for the best costume in each year group. Our winners were:

Year 3: Cerys as Golden Snitch from Harry Potter.

Year 4: Amber as Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland.

Year 5: Jessica as The Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland.

Year 6: Sophie L as Errol from Harry Potter.
