Putting their Maths skills to the test

Last Wednesday, four of our Year 5 pupils took part in the Maths Challenge at St Mary’s School. Throughout the afternoon they tackled a series of exciting problem‑solving activities, including pentominoes, mental arithmetic, broken‑calculator challenges and ditloids.

The girls worked brilliantly in their pairs, showed impressive perseverance and represented the school with enthusiasm. Well done, everyone!
