Some cool dance moves!

On Monday, girls in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 all had the opportunity to take part in the Street Dance workshops which were kindly funded by the Social Group.

Each class enjoyed an hour of happy activity, learning new dance skills to popular music.  They learned sequences of movements, learning how to move in a co-ordinated and repetitive way, and all enjoyed putting them together to make a dance.  At the end of the session they had the opportunity to express themselves through their own dance moves and poses.

The girls returned to class tired from their activity, but happy from the exertion and the music.  They were all very proud of what they had achieved!
