Some impressive swimming at the Division 10 Final

Just before half term, our Division 10 swim team set off from school for an exciting afternoon of finals competition at St Helen’s School. Spirits were high, and it proved to be a fantastic gala, with every swimmer competing to their full potential and putting the team first in every race. We saw some excellent performances across all year groups, including first-place finishes in Year 4 backstroke and freestyle, a particularly strong showing from Year 5 with the most individual wins and victories in all relays, and great success from Year 6 in freestyle, backstroke and the freestyle relay.

 

We await the official results, but, whatever the outcome, we are proud of the attitude, competitiveness and sportsmanship displayed by the girls throughout the event; they represented the school with positivity, teamwork and resilience at every stage.

 

Well done to all involved for such a brilliant afternoon of swimming.
