We are all special!

This week in Nursery we have been looking in a mirror to learn more about ourselves and, in particular, to see what colour our eyes, skin and hair are. 

We then used a paper plate, wool and buttons to create our own faces – they made a wonderful display in the classroom! We have also  read “I like myself” by Karen Beaumont to support our topic and to reinforce the message we are all different but special in our own way.
