Year 6 develop their cricketing skills
On Wednesday 7 June, the whole of Year 6 travelled to Edge Grove School for their first cricket matches.
The girls were split into two teams with the A Team fielding first against their opposition and the B Team batting first. Both teams were quick to pick up the match tactics and to use their skills effectively. There was some excellent batting, bowling and fielding on display in both teams. Mylee, Freya and Jess, who already have cricketing experience, were also able to help coach their teammates whilst playing alongside them.
Well done to all the girls who took part.
