A football fixture for Year 6

On Wednesday 13 November, Year 6 were asked to volunteer to play football in a triangular football match against Westbrook Hay and Kingshott Schools. Nineteen girls volunteered and we left for the match, full of excitement that we had three teams, a number of girls having had to hurriedly source football boots for the occasion!

We soon got into the swing of the match and by the time we were ready to play our second matches, we were able to draw on our experience. Although we lost our matches against Westbrook Hay, we went on to win and draw against Kingshott. The six Players of the Match (POM) were Alice, Evie, Rose, Imogen, Etta and Amelia.
