An Egyptian Treasure Trove
06.10.2022
Year 3 girls have been studying the Ancient Egyptians and have already developed a very wide subject knowledge. In Art they have been learning about how papyrus is made and using real papyrus to create Egyptian style paintings. They have also created some beautiful clay slab bowls with Egyptian motifs, such as the Eye of Horus and the Ankh. During our recent Open Morning, visitors were most impressed with the super work done by our youngest girls at Upper School.
They have certainly found their feet quickly and done some amazing things. Keep up the good work, Year 3!
