Yoga lessons are fun!
We are excited to announce the introduction of yoga into our PE lessons for all pupils in Nursery to Year 2. They have been learning a range of yoga poses, breath work and meditation in their lessons.
The benefits of yoga for children are fantastic; they include improvements in concentration levels, they build self-confidence, increase general relaxation and help to develop their creativity. The children have been enjoying their lessons and we hope they have shared this with family and friends at home.
