A day at ‘Beaconsfield-on-Sea’

Year 1 had fun recently travelling back in time on a steam train to spend a day visiting Beaconsfield-on-Sea.

As part of their ‘Seaside Day’, the girls made a variety of wonderful souvenirs, including a shell trinket box, a cork ship and decorated pottery. They visited the café, had their fortunes told and dressed up in Victorian bathing costumes at the photograph studio. The super day ended with an entertaining Punch and Judy show.
