A ‘Fizz-Giggling’ time for Year 4
04.03.2024
As part of our recent Educational Visits day, Year 4 were fortunate to have an adventure at the Roald Dahl museum in the morning followed by a trip to the Discover Bucks Museum in the afternoon.
Whilst hearing about the fantastic tales of Roald Dahl, the girls also tried out some microscopes and automata, and had a go at simple green screen animation!
After a picnic lunch everyone headed to the newly refurbished galleries of the Discover Bucks museum to look at Roman artefacts. We learned more about the Roman invasion of Britain and the life of a Roman girl called Sitamina who lived in Buckinghamshire.
It was a great day with lots to see and do and we even finished off with a trip to the shop…!
