Another victory for our Year 6 Netballers!

On Wednesday 17^th April, the Y6 ‘A’ Netball Team went to Beaconsfield High School to compete in the South Bucks School Sports Partnership Netball Tournament against local schools in the area.  

The team’s hard work in training certainly paid off because they won all their matches in the round robin. They had to rotate at the start of every game and at half time, and so it is essential that everyone in the team can shoot, defend and play centre etc. The girls have played in a number of tournaments lately and are now very experienced at playing in all the different positions.

Following their strong showing at this tournament, the squad has now qualified for the County Finals in Aylesbury in May, and we are all very much looking forward to the challenge.
