Full marks in the ‘First Maths Challenge’

On Tuesday 18 June the Year 4 girls took part in the inaugural ‘First Maths Challenge,’ organised by The Mathematical Association.
In their class lessons the girls attempted twenty multiple choice questions; the paper encouraged the girls to think ‘outside the box’ and to approach questions in a logical manner. Ayla and Millie should be congratulated for achieving full marks in the paper. All children received a certificate for participation, ranging from Gold to Bronze awards.
